Inbox Business Technologies, a leading Information Technology and Services company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, providing them with exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.
Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support to clients by phone, email, and chat
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer concerns and complaints, escalating issues as necessary
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve customer experience
Previous customer service experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends if necessary
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
