Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager of Customer Services to oversee our client relations department. The ideal candidate will lead a team of customer service representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop strategies to retain existing clients and attract new customers through exceptional service delivery.
- Manage and mentor a team of customer service representatives, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor customer feedback and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Master’s / Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10 years of proven experience in a Customer Service Management role, preferably in the real estate industry. Experience in Banking, Telecom sector will also be entertained.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
