Description: Must know FEED, detailed design of brownfield and green field projects in Oil & Gas industry Conduct Piping Stress Analysis to design documentation and deliverables such as piping flexibility and stress reports, nozzle load reports and pipe support load calculations. Understanding of material selection process for piping, structure, valves and buildings Selection / design of static and rotary equipment like pressure vessels, Shell/Tube Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Pumps, Compressors. Design reviews for Skids including stress analysis of piping and structure analysis Hands-on experience in piping, instrumentation, and fabrication Should have a hands-on experience in technical bid evaluations and comparative analysis. An additional experience in proposals, tenders, and bidding procedure would be a plus. The project, procurement management, and cost-controlling abilities Vendor and subcontractor management, Inter-discipline coordination, customer conflict resolution, change order management and experience in developing goal oriented team Requirements Education: Master's or Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering Aspiring candidate must have 10+ years of hands-on experience and with 3+ years in the lead role Gulf experience would be preferred. Must have an experience in integration & commissioning of mechanical equipment (skids is preferred)SOFTWARE SKILLSMust have an experience using the following software:
