The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via email, phone, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and networks.
Escalate unresolved issues to senior members of the team as necessary.
Document all steps taken to resolve technical issues in our support system.
Follow up with clients to ensure that technical issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with other members of the team to identify and resolve technical issues.
Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
Familiarity with networking protocols and technologies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Salary PKR 50,000 + Benefits
