The role involves you providing the most exceptional customer service. The role involves written and verbal communication in English. We have over 25,000 customers and this continues to grow daily. You must be able to demonstrate compassion and understanding and offer the best solutions.
Salary: 60,000 PKR (monthly) increasing to 70,000 PKR upon 6 consistent months performance targets being achieved. Salary will be reviewed further upon 12 months service.
Shifts: there are three shift patterns and will rotate on a weekly basis:
Monday to Thursday:
1pm to 9.30pm
2pm to 10.30pm
3:30pm to 12:00 Midnight
Saturday:
You will work 1 shift in every 4. You will get a day off in the following week when you complete a Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs59,999.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
