Project Management Associate will responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing various projects across cross functional teams fostering relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring the successful delivery of Agent Network Enablement and B2 B projects. What does Project Management Associate do?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute developments and Enablers for Agent Network and B2 B projects. Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Act as the primary point of contact for channel related project queries, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Assist in the preparation of Business Requirement Documents, proposals and contracts for various Agent Network related and B2 B projects. Generate regular reports on project status and performance. Work closely with Product Design, MMBL stakeholders, Products and Experience teams to ensure the delivery of project milestones. Noticeable experience of Business (B2 B) projects & channel management. Basic level understanding of Financial Services systems, API’s & integrations. Experience of implementation of Agent related developments and B2 B projects. Understanding of Private sector mandates for disbursement / collection programs. At least 2 years' experience in channel / B2 B or related fields. Exceptional collaboration, and communication skills. Superb analytical and reporting skills.
