Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional development and career growth. Product Delivery: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software products in Pakistan, ensuring alignment with Nakisa’s overall strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet product vision and deliver high-quality products. Technical Excellence: Drive technical excellence within the development teams, promoting best practices, code quality, and adherence to software development standards.
