Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Good practical exposure of Agile/Scrum ceremonies for atleast 2 years
Exposure with end - end PM cycle
Develop and Manage team schedules and tasks
Identify and manage risks, assumptions, dependencies and escalations
Work closely with a project manager or end user to identify business needs
Coordination and follow up of learning & process adherence activities
Support for project specific need such as documentation, analysis, information gathering / sharingPosition Qualifications
Monitors quality of program deliverables and works with senior staff to ensure program objectives and success criteria are actively management and met
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Computer Science/ Project Management or related field
Has understanding of Agile Methodologies
Some exposure to JIRA and other PM tools for atleast 2 years
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills .
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction.
Experience working in Agile Environment and technical project management through internships.
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
Comfortable escalating issues, Ability to work under pressure and to work independently.
Experience or understanding of project planning tools and software packages.
